Meathannochal Calendar

The meathannochal calendar marks 343 days in a year with 11 additional days for festivals which are counted outside of the 49 7 day weeks. the system was put in place by Paeter Coldronichas a replacement for the old Amphters Imperial Calender which was inefficient. each year is named for one of the seven god dragons, with the eight year having four more days all of which are dedicated to a festival of the pantheon as a whole. the eleven holidays are dedicated to each of god-dragons as well, with the day matching the year being the most revered that year. the other four festival days are dedicated to the equinoxes and the solstices. p.
